How we work
Every week, you will have a dedicated focus that helps you explore the world of running and keeps you working towards your 5k, 10k or half marathon goals. Your Run Hub (the place you’ll be able to log into and access all your content) is built just like the chapters of a book, each week adds something to the last, keeping you excited to see what comes into your Run Hub week after week!
Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to running. Throughout the ten weeks, you will discover and explore different aspects of running, from running gear (this is our runners favourite) to nutrition and recovery. Imagine the content you find in your Run Hub as your running dictionary, providing you with all the insight and tips you need to speak the language of running.
Of course, running is all about, well, running! Each week, you’ll have a simple and easy running program, that gradually works to build up your strength, endurance, and confidence. It’s like a road map, guiding you from where you are now to where you want to be: crossing that finish line, collecting that 5k, 10k, or half marathon finishers medal with a major smile on your face, and with those endorphins flowing.
Run Club is not about giving you a running program and throwing you into the deep end, so each week, we’ll reflect on the challenges faced, assess your progress, and celebrate your victories, no matter how small. Think of this as your running diary, where you document your journey, learn from your experiences, and see how far you’ve come.

Your Run-Hub is an all-in-one resource that will help you stay in the know and up to date with how to make the most out of your running.
We offer a run system that is built around helping you understand how to run your best -this means we cover everything from the sessions you will be running, all the way through to how to prepare.
We'll arm you with strong legs from your training and an understanding of how to smash event day to make you unstoppable! Each of our running systems includes: training plans, group runs (if you're near our studio), and workshops, catering to a range of fitness levels and goals.
Absolutely! We have built the Run-Hub systems in a way that they can be delivered entirely online. We designed them to cater to runners all over the world so we have also built a virtual webinar system into the Rub-Hub too. While you might not be with us physically, our amazing community of runners online is where all the magic happens!
Our plans are designed to help you achieve your specific goal distance whether that's a 5k, 10k or half marathon.
We tailor our plans to meet runners where they are in their running journey to help them safely achieve their goals.
Group runs are scheduled every Saturday morning at 7am, by default we leave from the Fit For Life Studio but will often change things up and take our running to the track or try something new!
Definitely! Community is at the heart of our Fit For Life, our budding online community of runners is a buzz with activity and we love putting together planned and impromptu social events, forums, and group runs to build on the social side of running!.
