WELCOME TO FIT FOR LIFE RUN CLUB – WHERE RUNNING MEETS PASSION AND PURPOSE
At Fit For Life Run Club, we believe running is more than a just the thing you do to keep healthy. We believe that running is a journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling and limitless life! Established in 2022, Fit For Life Run Club has grown into a community of early rising, go-getting runners of all ages and abilities, who come together with their shared love of staying fit, and healthy and running.
Our Expertise
Our founders, Jonathan Lambrianidis and Laura Healy, are seasoned runners and endurance athletes. Jonathan is a certified Level 2 running coach with Athletics Australia and brings over 30 years of running experience in competitive running to his coaching. Jonathan has been running since the age of 4, and competing across 5k, 10k, and half marathon race distance. He also spent nearly 10 years racing his bike at A grade club and state levels with a focus on road racing on hillier terrain.
Laura is a certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the field. Laura is an Ironman finisher with a love for running (it’s her strongest leg!) she has completed an Ironman and numerous Half-Ironman events as well as 5k, 10k, and half marathon races.
The Fit For Life Run Club team knowledge in not only run programming and training, but nutrition, strength workouts, and injury prevention for endurance sports such as running. Our expertise and experience means that our Fit For Life Run Club members get science backed effective training programs tailored to where they are in their running journey and their goals.
Fit For Life Run Club is recognized in the running community for our giving you more than just a training plan and instead giving you a wholistic approach to running.
We are tied to the Fit For Life Health and Fitness studio to ensure our runners get fit and strong to help them smash their running goals, this means we are able to tap into and regularly collaborate with local health and wellness businesses to host events and workshops, both in person and on-line.
Our members’ success stories are what we get out of bed for. From beginner runners completing their first 5K and then on to achieving personal bests, to 10k runners who come to us looking to break barriers and hit new heights running a half marathon, our community is built on shared achievements and helping lift each other up.
We focus on making sure everyone can get out and run safely, in a way that works for them and creating an environment where every runner can feel comfortable and go forward to achieve their goals.

I found my love for running again because of the Fit for Life Run Club. Following a program structured to get me to my race goal, I reached the start line fresh, injury free, supported and confident I would achieve. Great coaching, an encouraging culture and awesome camaraderie. Already signed up for the next one.
The program helped me get back into running and stick to the consistency of getting 3 runs a week done. The program was easy to follow with endless amounts of helpful information and support to help everyone achieve their personal run goals. Saturday run club with the FFL crew was always a fun morning, and helped keep me accountable to attend and get my run in with the team.
The program was great! It helped me achieve my goal of being able to run for 5kms non stop, something I didn't think I could do. It was an easy to follow and in a structure that you can adapt to fit into your lifestyle making the runs work for you. Saturday run club is always fun, it's a great team environment and everyone there is your biggest supporter!! As are Loz and Jono thanks guys!
The program was so good! I really loved having the structure for the 10 weeks. Starting with short, easy runs really helped build up my confidence and by the end I could run comfortably for an hour. Having the coached runs with run club on Saturday mornings is always such a great way to start the weekend too. So grateful for all of Loz and Jono's knowledge and support!
Review TextBest program - I have never been a runner - nor enjoyed it. But it was on a list to try! The trainers give you so much support and encouragement. Getting to run each week with the group was great and kept me motivated and accountable. Now I actually look forward to the runs each week and want to continue to push myself outside my comfort zone. The tips, guides & plans have been super helpful from the run coaches. Ive met new people and Ive managed to complete a 5km run within the 10 weeks!! Give it a try you wont regret it!
